Frisky Goat and Coffee

Note: Just bringing out my old blogs so I can make new adjustment with the page template. I am contemplating of changing the template in the future.

At Wynyard Railway Station, there is a cafe named: Frisky Goat and Coffee Shop.

I was one of their first customers who queued for their yummiest coffee, when they newly opened to the public.

The young couple are very nice and friendly. They have Excellent Customer Service. It didn't take very long for them to pick up their business and now, it is even expanding.

One day, I noticed that they added something new to the sign board of their shop. It is the story about a Frisky Goat and Coffee somewhere in Africa. As it happened, that's where they derived the name of their cafe business.

Thinking that they are using Goat's milk to flavour their coffee, I ordered a nice hot cup of my favourite 'flat white coffee with no sugar'. Then I asked, "are you really using Goat's milk?" Of course, they smiled and showed me a big container of a 'Cow's Milk".

The crazy history of the magical coffee bean and how it became a world wide phenomena. Also included is a delicious recipe for the perfect complement to your coffee, a sour cream coffee cake.
